What makes our Cream Truffle insanely good is the base: a Flemish recipe.
The Cream Truffle is made with cream, white chocolate and invert sugar.
Then the filling gets piped into its shape and cools down. After it’s set, we dip it by hand in warm dark chocolate and we roll it in 100% cocoa powder.
Lots of work… but so worth it!
