Slightly salted caramel, surprisingly combined with bay leaf. The chocolate surrounding this exceptional delicacy is Arriba: a milk chocolate from north-western Ecuador with a – considering it is a milk chocolate – high cocoa percentage, still remaining creamy and sweat but also adding lots of cocoa flavour.
By using the Arriba, the OMG became even more layered in flavours.
Because Arriba chocolate is that good Sinterklaas asked us to make chocolate letters with it. The entire alphabet… and we do that every year with pleasure and lots of love!
