Dark chocolate fans go crazy over our Inaya Truffle!

To make Inaya chocolate, the cocoa bean is fermented in a special way called Q-fermentation. This way the flavour develops better in the bean itself.
The farmer gets a better harvest and we get more flavour! Win win!
